Welcome to InsideTheDogWorld.com. By using this website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

InsideTheDogWorld.com ("we", "our", "us") sells downloadable digital products for dog owners, including eBooks, guides and printable reference charts. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and products.

2. Not veterinary advice

Our products are general educational material for dog owners. They are not veterinary advice and do not create a veterinary-client-patient relationship. They are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified veterinarian who has seen your dog.

Every dog is different. Guidance that is correct in general may be wrong for a particular dog, and the right course of action depends on breed, age, health status and local conditions. Always consult your own veterinarian before acting on anything you read, and seek veterinary attention immediately if your dog is unwell or injured. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read in our materials.

You are responsible for decisions you make about your dog's care, training, feeding and health.

3. Digital products

All products sold here are digital and delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.

  • Files are available for download immediately after successful payment.
  • Products are supplied as PDF files. You are responsible for ensuring your device can open them.
  • Download links may expire after a period or a number of uses. If yours has expired, contact us and we will re-issue it.

4. Payment and pricing

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to it.

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Shopify and Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a download link has been issued. If your file will not download or will not open, contact us and we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

6. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the product for your own personal use.

You may print the files for your own use, including the printable charts.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the files
  • Upload them to file-sharing sites, forums, cloud folders or social platforms
  • Reproduce the text or illustrations in your own products, courses or content
  • Use them for commercial purposes, including distribution by breeders, shelters, trainers or veterinary practices, without our written permission

If you would like to use our materials with clients or in a business setting, email us and we will discuss licensing.

7. Intellectual property

The text, illustrations, charts, branding and website design are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Accuracy of content

We take accuracy seriously and our materials are based on current mainstream veterinary and behavior guidance at the time of writing. Guidance changes, and information that is current today may be superseded. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current or free of error, and we may update our products without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided for educational purposes and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise any particular outcome for your dog.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, cost or damage, whether to you, to your dog or to any other person or animal, arising from your use of or reliance on our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We are also not liable for technical issues outside our control, including failures of payment processors, email providers or your own devices.

10. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
