Thank you for shopping at InsideTheDogWorld.com. Please read this policy before you buy.

Digital products (eBooks and downloads)

Our products are delivered instantly as digital files. Because access is immediate and the files cannot be returned, all sales are final. Once payment is complete and the download link has been issued, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying a non-refundable digital product
• You gain access to the files immediately upon payment
• The purchase is final and non-reversible

If something goes wrong

If your download link does not arrive, expires before you use it, or the file will not open, contact us and we will fix it. Email support@insidethedogworld.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will re-send your files, usually within one business day.

If you receive the wrong product, or the files are incomplete or corrupted and we cannot supply working replacements, we will refund you in full.

Before you buy

The product page lists exactly what is included, the page count and the file format. If you are unsure whether this guide is right for you, email us before purchasing and we will answer honestly, including telling you if it is not what you need.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
